Yes, all our shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.
When will I get my order?It takes 2-4 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location:
UK: 2-5 business days
USA: 2-7 business days
EU: 2-7 business days
International: 2-14 business days
Where will my order ship from?We work with an on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide! UK orders ship from Swindon, US order ship from Florida, EU orders ship from Halle in Germany and International orders ship from Florida USA.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?We understand how eagerly you await your purchases, and we aim to ensure timely deliveries. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause delays.
If you are within the US or regional EU, and it's been 30 calendar days since your order was confirmed and you haven't received it, please let us know. For our customers ordering internationally, the window extends to 45 calendar days. In both scenarios, if this period has passed, you have an additional 7 days to get in touch with us so we can swiftly address the issue.
That said, if it's been even just 2 weeks or less and you're feeling uneasy about where your order might be, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help and provide answers.
